• Troubleshoot printer drivers
• Check for "phantom" drivers

PRINTING BUT POOR QUALITY

• Research printer's built-in cleaning utility programs
• Show you how to execute the cleaning programs 
• Align the print heads
• Walk you through physically cleaning the printer (using video conferencing if needed)
