We provide our computer support services to individual home users and to small/independent businesses with three or fewer computers. If you need computer support for more than three computers, we recommend you work with our parent company, Centrend, Inc.

REMOTE COMPUTER SUPPORT

Our Whiz Kids specialize in providing zero-contact remote computer support to individuals for their home use or home-based business. We can work with you over the phone and using remote control technologies to diagnose and repair most computer problems for a fixed fee.

HANDS-ON COMPUTER SUPPORT

If you are located near one of our Whiz Kid somputer support professionals, we may be able to provide zero-contact drop off of your computer.

Also, to avoid having to disconnect your computer and bring it to us, we may be able to provide on-site service as an alternative.

COMPUTER COACHING AND TRAINING

If you'd like to know how to use your computer or one of your applications better, a Whiz Kid can show you how! Utilizing screen-sharing technology, we can provide computer coaching and computer training to you no matter where you are in the country. Our zero-contact computer training and computer coaching services will help you get more out of your computer than you ever thought possible.

Our Whiz Kids are patient and understanding and will explain things in normal, natural language that you can understand.

COMPUTER SALES & REPLACEMENTS

Buying a new computer is a big decision and there are many choices. Let one of our Whiz Kids help you decide the right computing solution and technology to meet your needs—without being oversold by complex configurations and biased salespeople.

Whether you buy the new computer from us or purchase it on your own, we can help you get it set up and installed at your location. This can often be done remotely by talking you through the setup, or even using video on our phones. 

Once your new computer is in place, we can help you with moving data over and setting up e-mail so you can start being productive right away.
